Where can I find all the technical information about the products?
In the product sheet you will find sizes, capacities and all the technical details you need. In addition, of many products, you can download the technical sheet to view the print areas as well.
Can I request samples of the products I'm interested in?

Of course! Fill out the form here by entering your billing and shipping information.
Enter the product codes (SKU) for which you would like to receive samples.

Each item sample consists of 5 pieces at a cost of €8.
Shipping costs are €10 for Italy and €15 for EU countries.

Within 48 business hours you will receive the link to proceed with the payment of your order through PayPal or Credit Cards.
Once this step is completed, we will ship your samples within 48 business hours.
Return of purchased samples is not possible.

What are the minimum and maximum quantities that can be ordered?
The quantity entry (e.g., 100) in the product tab indicates the minimum number of pieces that can be purchased. By clicking on the + or typing in the figure, you can select the number of pieces you want. If you need larger quantities than are currently available, please contact us and we will give you an indication of the restocking date and quantities available.
What is the length of the dip tube for each accessory?
Collapse When you purchase a bottle with an accessory (pump, spray, trigger spray...) the length of the dip tube will be cut in the length suggested by our quality control and according to the dimension of the bottle. For specific needs, please ask us. In case of purchase of pump only, please check the length of the dip tube on the relevant product sheet. If you purchase an accessory with a dip tube and a bottle to match, you need to specify in the note box while checking out whether you want the tube to be cut according to the size of the bottle or if you want to leave it in its original length. Cutting in the required length will imply an extra lead time of approx. 2 working days; and will be free of charge only if referred to a bottle purchased in the same order.
Can I have my product decorated?

Decoration is not available for ready-on-stock products. Please contact us for any specific needs/requests: we will provide you with further information.

The product is sold out, can I order it?

In the product tab you can enter your e-mail address and click on the LET ME KNOW button: we will notify you as soon as it becomes available for purchase again.

If you would like a quantity greater than 1,000 pieces, please fill out the contact form, enter your requirements and you will be contacted by our customer care.

Can I request a product in a different color/capacity?

If you would like a custom product (silk screen printed, colored...) you can request a supply according to your needs, please contact us here.
Please note: for custom orders, the minimum order quantities and delivery terms differ from those of standard products you find for sale on our commerce.

Payments and billing

What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept PayPal or credit cards Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Can I buy if I do not have match VAT number?
The sale is reserved for holders of a VAT number. During the purchase process you must indicate your VAT number by entering the capital state identification code (ex: IT012345678912), and PEC (email address).
I can't complete the order because it already shows an account with the chosen email.

Log in to your account with the email by clicking on the profile icon in the upper left corner. If you do not remember your password, you can reset it and set a new password. You can now place the products in your shopping cart and proceed with your order.

Can I receive the invoice?
If your VAT number is Italian, you will receive the invoice via pec to your certified mailbox. If your VAT number is non-Italian, we will send the invoice to the email indicated in your registry.
I can't complete the order because the VAT number is incorrect.
Make sure you have entered the correct VAT Number, including the country code in uppercase and without spaces (ex: IT12345678912). If the VAT Number is correct but the system still reports the error, send an email to or contact us in chat. Customer service is active on weekdays Monday through Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and on Fridays from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.


What are the shipping times?
Your items will be shipped within 72 business hours of receipt of your order. These timelines will not be met during periods when shipping is suspended and will be communicated in the top bar of the site.
Which countries do you deliver to?
We can deliver goods in Europe, U.K. and Switzerland excluded.
What can I do if the parcel I received is damaged?
We do not take responsibility for any damage that occurred during transportation. Once the goods are delivered, check carefully the parcel for any evident damage and talk directly to the courier.
Which courier do you use?
The goods will be delivered by Bartolini BRT.
Where can I track my delivery?
When the goods are shipped you will receive a tracking number by e-mail.
Which country the goods are shipped from?
The goods are shipped from our logistics center in Parma, Italy.
How are the products packed for delivery?
The products are delivered in dustproof bags and cardboard boxes.
Can I pick up the goods in the stockroom?

Yes, you can.
When placing your order, please select the option to pick up at the PICK-UP (Parma, Italy).
As soon as your order is ready for pickup, we will send you an email.

Pickups can be made Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 12:30 pm and 1:30 pm to 5:00 pm. Merchandise must be picked up within 15 days of notification of availability for pickup.
