Where can I find technical information about products?

The product page shows dimensions, capacity and all technical details. For many products you can also download the technical data sheet to check the printable areas.

What are the minimum and maximum order quantities?

The number shown on the product page (e.g. 100) is the minimum purchasable quantity. For quantities exceeding availability, contact us: we'll provide you with the restocking date and available quantities.

What is the length of the accessory dip tube?

For a complete bottle, the length is determined by the bottle itself. If you combine a separate accessory and bottle, please specify in the order notes at checkout whether you want a custom-cut tube (this will delay shipping by 2 days, with no extra charge).

What are Limited Edition products?

Limited edition packaging available while stocks last, with a minimum order of 100 pieces. Once sold out, they will not be restocked.

Can I decorate or customize the product?

Standard decoration is not available. For customized products (screen-printed, colored…) contact us. Minimum quantities and delivery times differ from standard products.

The product is sold out, can I still order it?

On the product page, enter your email and click NOTIFY ME: we'll contact you as soon as it's back in stock. For quantities over 1,000 pieces, fill out the contact form.

Can I request a product in a different color or capacity?

Yes. Contact us for a custom supply. Minimum quantities and delivery terms differ from standard products.

Orders, payments and invoicing

What payment methods are accepted?

You can pay with PayPal and with Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards.

Can I purchase without a VAT number?

No, sales are reserved for VAT-registered businesses. You must provide the number with the uppercase country code (e.g. IT012345678912), the SDI code and the certified email (PEC) address.

An account with my email already exists. What should I do?

Log in using the profile icon in the top left. If you don't remember your password, use the reset password function to set a new one.

Is the CONAI contribution included in the price?

Yes, all prices on Packorama include the CONAI environmental contribution. The invoice will show this item separately, as required by current regulations.

How do I receive my invoice?

With an Italian VAT number: via certified email (PEC) to your tax drawer. With a foreign VAT number: to the email address provided in your account details.

My VAT number is showing as incorrect. What should I do?

Check that you entered the number with the uppercase country code, with no spaces (e.g. IT12345678912). If the error persists, write to ecommerce@induplastgroup.com. Support hours: Mon–Fri 9:00 AM–12:00 PM · 2:00 PM–5:00 PM.

Can I ship to a country different from the billing country?

No. We only ship within the billing country. E.g. with an Italian VAT number, it is not possible to ship to France.

Shipping

What are the shipping times?

Italy: processing within 24/48 business hours; BRT delivers in 24/48 hours (48/72 hours for the islands).

EU: processing within 72/96 business hours; BRT around 72 hours, Schenker 4–5 business days.

Which countries do you ship to?

To all European Union countries (United Kingdom, Switzerland and San Marino excluded).

My delivered package is damaged. What should I do?

We are not liable for damage caused during transport. Please carefully check the condition of the package upon delivery and report any issues directly to the courier.

Which courier do you use?

Italy: Bartolini BRT. EU (excluding Italy): DPD or Schenker depending on order volume.

How can I track my shipment?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with the tracking code to follow your delivery's progress.

From which country is the merchandise shipped?

From the logistics center in Parma, Italy.

Can I collect the goods directly from the warehouse?

Yes, only for orders with an Italian VAT number. Select WAREHOUSE PICKUP at checkout.

How are the products packaged?

Products are placed in dust-protective bags and shipped in cardboard boxes.
