General Terms of Sale
Purchases on our e-commerce platform can only be made with a VAT number of companies registered in the European Union.
For fiscal and administrative reasons, the billing country and shipping country must be the same. (For example, it is not possible to purchase products with a French VAT number and request delivery to Italy.)

Payment methods
You can pay by PayPal and by Visa, Mastercard, American Express credit cards.
Shippings
We ship to all European Union countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Hungary.
The courier is Bartolini (BRT)/Dpd.
Shipping costs are visible in the shopping cart and are calculated according to the quantity, type of products and the country of destination of the goods.
Orders are shipped within 24/48 working hours in Italy, 72/96 working hours in other European Union countries.
We do not take responsibility for damage due to transportation.
At the time of delivery, we recommend that you carefully check the condition of the package, the presence of any damage and confront the courier directly.
Returns and refunds
You can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days after delivery of your order.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
To request a return you must send an email to
ecommerce@induplastgroup.com specifying:
- Order number
- Date the order was received
- Business name and/or first and last name
- Reason for return
A refund will be issued within 14 days from the day the return request is received.
The refund will be issued using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction.
Returns or merchandise exchanges cannot be requested for customized products (e.g., accessories for which a draft cut was requested) and for purchased samples.
